Drive The Deal .com
« on: 15 April 2012, 10:04 »
Have been looking at what a Golf GTI can be had for on Drivethedeal.com and savings are very good. However the one that caught my attention is a deal they are doing on a Scirroco GT with satnav and full leather. list price would be 25,470 sterling drive the deal are doing it for 21,689 that's a fantastic saving.

Not sure what way I will go with the new Golf out next May it's not that long away so would think orders will be taken around December for the mark 7

This a good website and I believe the deal is genuine. One thing to note is I wouldn't expect GTI mk7 in UK before middle of 2013. GTI will debut in March 2013, RHD will be available a couple of months later.
Golf GTI VI DSG - died on the road, resurrected, came back as zombi, sold
R - rising blue, 5-door, DSG, ACC, something something...

When I first saw them in the magazines, I really wanted one, but kids and mortgage wouldn't allow it. I'm glad I couldn't have afforded one back then as I really don't like the look of them now.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

The front looks sleek and nice but the back is  plus it looks like a 4 x 4 from the side!

It’s all down to personal opinion for me the scriocco is a sexy look beast. Have driven the brother in laws a few times now which I would say it’s far more fun than the GTI and you know how good the GTI is.
Still think I will hold on for the mark 7 GTI you just know it’s going to be better than the mark 6 plus a Golf is practical
