computer fault?

when i turn reasonably sharply left the computer display beeps and shows 'drivers door open'

this happens whether its locked or not, beginning to get on my nerves now

any ideas how to cure it
silver 1.8t aum with black recaro leather, 19s, fk coilovers, 312mm brakes and lfc tax holder!

Sounds like there is a problem with the sensor/switch. Maybe a loose or bad connection on the back?

ive also noticed in the dark that the door light at the bottom of the panel isnt lighting up, think ill take the door panel off and investigate

I'd check the wiring where it passes through the rubber boot, most common place for breaks in the wiring.  Good luck :)

booked in to be dealt with on friday at westec performance in newport - just had the trial of the revo chip, 207bhp what a car now

having it fully remapped - cant wait
