Generators - Plant hire places will be best, you'll need one with some ooomfff.
BBQ people! - I know a man who does a crackling hog roast, had him at our wedding.
Toilets - Plant hire places maybe as well?
bouncy castle -  You got plenty of answers for that already.
rodeo bull - As a bove.
bar - I had a company supply a fully functioning bar that cost about £50 for the day and then people bough their own drinks at very reasonable prices. Can look them up if you want.
Drinkys - For non bar stuff like Champers then you're best contacting a drinks supplier (Good for glasses etc as well).
a boat - No idea.
Outdoor lighting - Plant hire place or Marquee hire place will be your best bet here.
Fireworks! or to be scene 'Firewerks' - I've got a can of petrol and some matches, pretty sure I can sort out some kind of display with a MKIII for you.

If you need a bar you could talk to Derek - It's an old American Fire Engine!

He does the bar at Wheels day and a load of other shows in the UK. Has catering trucks too!

If it's all outside, you're going to need quite a big genny - check with local AV companies as well - they tend to deal in power for events. You'll also need distro's and cabling as well (and someone who know's what they're doing with it), which may well be outside of the scope of a local plant hire place.

Congrats on getting married mate.

I will be next year, sounds like we are after similar things, we have booked are big tents, and have gone for a company called Papakata. i suggest checking them out:

think i'd like a jazz band, so am on the hunt for one of them. Also gobsmacked at how expensive food is!
