Good find mate, I'll watch the rest of it at a later date, a tad cringe worthy in places :lipsrsealed:

Shame they didn't show everyone waiting for the runway then the 4 harriers just popping straight up and powering off.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

There's a Air Show down here in bournemouth every year which is great, apart from the tragedy obviously that happened last year...

Long story time....

(25)Years ago I stayed on the Yare in Brundel on fishing holiday, I was out back fishing when i heard a loud rumbling which got louder and louder until I saw an F4e Phantom going full chat at low altitude, he then rolled the fecker as he went above me, mouth wide open I turned and saw a the rest of his flight coming just as fast  in a diamond formation, that moment will stay with me until my lid staring days

I have seen a few air shows in my time, and nouthing sounds as loud as a low flying vulcan.
Shame my flying dreams ended with after burner on the smega drive

I live/work at RAF Coningsby, home of the Battle of Britain memorial flight, I get to see the Hurricanes/Spitfires/Lancaster all flying around almost weekly. Proper love seeing them!! I'm way too cool  :smug:
