whats the difference between 5/30 fully synthetic and 5/30 semi synthetic as when i went to motor factors for some oil to top up its says in the book you can use either which is best as was told semi would be better for high miles but i dont know so any help cheers guys

well the guy that put my engine in says to use semi to and he really knows his stuff cheers dude just wanted to know ppls thoughts and know what the difference is
