lighting help pleeeeeease!!!

as my car is on the way to finish i was out having a play and for some reason none of my switches light up and neither do my clocks when i switch the lights on...... anyone got any clues??? is there a fuse linkin this lot? i changed a blown bulb in the dash a while back but i can't see why this would have affected the switches?

Sounds like a fuse matey, I did the same to mine when I was pratting about with it once and I think it was the fuse that also did the back reg plate lights too but might be different on a mk2. If I remember rightly the dash lights were not listed in the fuse list in my handbook so I had to go through the list to see what worked and do a process of illimination and I think it was listed as reg plate lights in the fuse list.

cool, i did have a look on the fuse box lid to see which ones went to the lights but didn't want to go pulling fuses for the sake of it!
