Find a standard mk4 drive up to it. park next to it.  have a guess.

ide say choped and sitting 20mm lower than std. but hard to tell off phone

Same to me, that's the main reason I want  to change the springs to 40mm or 30mm lowering springs but don't want it to sit higher than before with the chopped springs. Not sure how I'm going to work this out though  :undecided:

Unfortunately they are out of the question as ive heard coilovers provide the ride of a 17 year olds "mint" slammed saxo

Depends mate, if you get a set for £150 then yes but my mate has some weitec gt's which he says arnt much harsher then his old mans vrs standard
