Venison recipe ideas?
« on: 11 April 2012, 10:58 »
So, the father in law to be hooked me up with some venison, but as the other half isnt keen on it i've not had a chance to cook it, shes out with work tonight so thought this would be the prime opportunity to give it a go. Never had it, never cooked it so im after some ideas, ive seen a lot of recipes which include berries, like juniper etc, not keep on these ones.
Just thinking if worse comes to worse, fry it off in a pan as i would a regular steak. with some sweet potato and veg

Thats why you put it on before work on super low heat. The meat will literally crumble

1. Open fridge
2. Remove Venison
3. Close fridge
4. Open bin
5. Throw venison in bin
6. Order a takeaway
