No rescue needed by the sound of it! Excellent work though as stated Guy. One question mate, how do you do the door handle recesses?  I'd like to have a go on mine, they're shocking!

handles off, thats two screws

then its out with the small area pad, 75mm on an M14 head on the end of the rotary... going very carefully following the contours

you have to watch the edges of the small pads.. much easier to catch against paintwork or plastics

also as the working area is smaller the propensity for burn through is increased, especially on plastics
