they fit in the fuel rail. Bear in mind you have no way of knowing what your fuel pressure is unless you fit a gauge

4bar over 3bar allows a 33% increase in fuel, it sits on the fuel rail, adjusting it by hand is a bit pointless as you need a gauge. Could just buy a 4FBR 2nd hand of an audi etc...

What you aiming at achieving?

Also I tuned the hell out of one before, on max setting the car felt extremely nippy but the over fueling was crazy to the point where bore wash could of occurred, then the other problem was on idle it was pissing oil out the exhaust which is no good for the cat and it was extremely thirsty, if you want to just increase the fuel a tad I'd go down the 4FBR or adjust it with a gauge and just log the results.

Also remember upping the FBR won't exactly improve performance. Look at the way maps are written, they are lean in some parts and rich in others to help the turbo spool, maximise BHP or torque at particular points, by upping the fuel you may actually be making it slower or degrading performance in some parts of your RPM range and vice versa. Which is why logs will help you decide whether you are gaining anything or not.

Can you not just put a vr6 pressure reg instead of the standard one? Or is this not true?

I find loads of 4bar FPRs in scrap yards from various cars and sell them on
