last monday bought a 1.6 driver 3 door in red non runner, well over revved loads, guy said it was a new carb also massive hole in exhaust and faded all over with dent in rear quarter for £60
anway, washed, t-cutted the whole car, then waxed the whole car, and fitted one of the arches that fell off
then fitted accelerator from scrapyard £5 and new backbox, free from a mate
a few more man hrs on the car including 2 new window mechs £15
then put her in for an MOT today, she looked ok and i thought may fail on a few bits but passed first time
total cost £110
for a 1.6 driver with 12months MOT no tax, with 102k on the clock?
