I got the jettex system mate, with the cone induction.
Sounds nice, but i have a slight hole somewhere
So its abit over the top at the min.

My cammed Saxo vts spanked vr6's 

A standard 16v and vts are very similar. 16v will win after 120mph but when do you get to that speed racing on b roads?

I got spanked by a saxo vts off the lights in my Leon 1.8t.....good power to weight ratios but they drive so horribly!! Driven a valver but that was in an Mk3 Ibiza Cupra and that was seriously quick up the gears.

The op refered to 70 mph in 5th and not top speed in that gear,so if you were ringing its neck (driving it properly),at "70 mph" you would have just changed up to 3rd

Second that, too much heat soak  engine heat an saps power, I hav just modded the air box today after throwing my cone in the bin a while ago, seems much better, similar noise too
