Remove interior light
Hold up the visor and line up, I poked a hole in the screw hole first then marked up where all the rest should be
Now where I made a booboo, it would prob be easier to smooth the back of the visor where the screw hole is and do what brad said with the speaker retainer, however I chose the hard route lol not realising and had made the hole big to take the whole fitting, to resolve i had to tape a small nut with washer then a bigger washer to cover the made hole then tape to a McDonald's stirrer and positioned the washer on the inside of the lining then I could use a decent bolt to hold up the visor.
Gonna replace the bolt with a black one at something but to be honest you can't see it unless you creak ur head round to look at it..
