Mapping/coding out
« on: 01 April 2012, 19:47 »
Evening all,
Can anyone mapp/code out the evap system from the ecu on a 2.8v6 4motion
I have removed the charcoal canister etc and put a resistor in its place but it keeps throwing fault codes
One of the blokes over on r32oc used to clear faults with a hand held scanner but then had it mapped out.....?
Anyone be able to help?

R-Tech mapped out the EVAP system on my 1.8T when a resistor failed to do the trick

I think they were stacked today as they didn't answer the phone and I tried most of today to call them - patience is key!
