is it aids?

Don't want to know what happens when you pick up a girl..

You: Have you got anything?

Girl: No!

You: Let me check your elbow..

erugh.... looks and sounds just like Gout to me...

a colleague of mine used to get it and sometimes had an infection in his elbow just like this... said it was terribly painful

lanced it once... proper minging!!
Do like a whiskey??? Or spirits?  Gout can be linked to drink. It's more common than you think. But DON'T lance it!

If it is gout then I don't envy you. A couple of friends have gout and their symptoms occur mainly around the feet and they have said that it is proper painful when they get attacks. They avoid attacks by cutting out meat mainly

It's pretty much agony.  It's full of liquid so moving my arm to a new position is agony.  At the moment I'm favouring the arm flat whilst I use the PC position
