Maybe, but I think I want it.

You'd be surprised what you can squeeze out of an 8v with the right cam, a well ported big valve head and the correct fuel/air setup.

cant see a problem with the price going by other MkIIs that have been up for 8k+

and the dogs that people are happy to pay 3k for. thats had a lot of work done to it

His biggest issue will be his location

You will struggle to see 165bhp, around 140bhp is closer to the mark.

He's dreaming £12k, But my 1st mk2 was 143bhp 2lt tsr engine with twin choke webber on it.
