Fuel
« on: 29 March 2012, 16:38 »
So this set of morons in government tells people to fill their cars up for no reason whatsoever. That means that one of the two petrol stations in my town is dry, and the other was jam-packed so I couldn't get in.

But I'm not panic buying, my needle was about 1mm off the white empty line and I had to sit in 10 minutes of f**king traffic with no fuel because the general public are f**king morons who just panic like children because there isn't a strike on fuel carriers.

Agreed, it took me 45 mins to fill up at 11.45am today due to queues. The local supermarkets (Asda, Tesco & Morrisons) were out of both petrol & dieseasel. Imagine what its going to be like tonight/tmrw morning.
I drive 65 miles everyday for work and only had a range of 20 miles so needed fuel, unlike those who were panic buying.

The news this afternoon reads that the g'ment are still informing drivers to top-up half empty tanks, so they must know that the strike is impending, but bad call on their behalf at this stage.

Yeah well my mate is digging a jerry can out for me. It takes 10 or 15 minutes to walk to either petrol station tomorrow so I MIGHT get fuel if they have any. Then I have to walk about 30 minutes home with a f**king can of fuel in my hand. Oh and isn't it about 25 degrees out?

Are you going to stand in line like a car with everyone else sat in their car?  Yyour going to look very funny, but with that beer in hand, everyone will be real envious!

tanker drivers cant go on strike without giving 7 days notice. if they are going to strike it will be over easter to get the most impact. This whole panic buying thing is just retarded

i do a 44 mile round trip to work and ive told my work today if i run out of work tuff sh!t i wont be in ill be working on my golf instead.

I personally think its the goverment / news stations fault at the end of the day if they hadnt started promoteing the fuel strike no 1 would be any wiser and people would just carry on as normal.

As for idiots fueing there cars up or no aparant reason i find that more annoying then the idoits that drive round with there tops up on there cars when i cant get my cab on the road yet cause im not happy with it.

Also asda , Tesco was out of fuel and the esso round the corner only had petrol and the ques comeing out of that was causeing a traffic jam lol
