Engine noise

Dont know if i shuold be concerned as its not effecting the performance but when i start my car up in the morning the engine is quite loud (or louder than normal) for about a minute or two, then it goes back to its normal quiet self.

Should i be worried?

Perfectly normal on cold starts. Mine sounds like a jet when I start it on cold mornings  :grin: It's literally just for two minutes until the SAI pump shuts off.

It's such an annoying idea. I wish mine didn't have it so much. Don't hear any other cars sounding like a tractor on cold start..

I'm pretty sure you can delete it. There's a how-to somewhere. I dont know why you'd want to do. Mine sounds more Evo than tractor when it's cold  :grin:
