help with mk4 golf gt tdi pd150

Me and girlfriend brought a mk4 golf gt tdi 150 for her and we fixed the head gasket, new seals, waterpump, cambelt etc but we got some black smoke under load and lost of coolant and oil. any ideas? also the reducere pipe that goes onto turbo what's it called what size is it and where can i get it and part nunber please

What do you mean by reducer head? The turbo inlet pipe, that comes from the airbox? That is 51mm I think going into the turbo. There are normally some knocking around classifieds, I think there is one on ukmkivs.
