K03s hybrid or k04??

Hi guys my turbo is shot so up gradeing what I want to no is what's the diffrance? I have seen a hybrid for around the 500 mark n I can get a k04 turbo with oil n water pipes down pipe manifold turbo tip. Can the hybrid take as much as the k04? There's loads I don't no n I am hopeing you guys can help

Theres alot more involved with a ko4-023 etc , downpipe and manifold need to be changed aswell
