Quick help needed brakes

Just bought new discs and pads how do you get the piston further back to fit the new full pads in ?

I can find anything that turns :( the calliper is open pushed the jaw but back but the gap is too small to fit pads and disc in there's a bug ring thing that that pad sits against that's stopping it moving in ?

rewind the piston, normally need a tool, might be possible with out a tool, but i normally use cousines tool so wouldnt know

rear brakes wind, the front brakes are just push, have you took the brake reservoir cap off?

Sorry i meant big ring! lol, was typing on my phone, all sorted now though, just had to push it back abit for it to fit the disc.
