this is the Union Flag (flag of the United Kingdom)

Great Britain is part of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland and Wales) Ireland Is it's own team at the Olympics as such you can take the flag of St Patrick out of the union flag (the diagonal red cross), still leaving red white and blue, not white blue and a pale blue. the Kit needs more red and should look something like;
