Im thinking Golf, possibly a 1 series, A3(maybe)... nothing Vauxhall/Ford/Jap/Yank or too expensive to run  :smiley:

A Mk5 GT 170 is a great shout for the money. I loved mine when I had one.

Think this sounds like the best shout then. I'd take a Golf over an A3 purely because I prefer the way the Golf's look. A 1 Series could be good fun, and they can look really nice when styled properly.

looked at a few a3's and a tdi 170 today. the 170 was a dog of a car... and the a3's just..... well dont really do it for me  :undecided:
