@jay on the stock 3.2 Rom it was laggy on browser keystrokes but generally fairly reasonable, but since swapping it over to eos ics and oc'ing it to 1.4ghz it is very very snappy and all round perfect.
I can touch type in it at nearly the same speed I can on a pc, which is saying something.
I've got no grounds for comparison on the weight, it feels pretty heavy to hold, but its sat on a table/desk most of the time for me.
Price wise, seems fairly cheap for what you get in terms of hardware, as long as your prepared to do a little modification along the way to bring it up to par with other devices.
