Post your name up if you want some made, most probably be out of aluminium, these will be made as per cullygti's'
He has supplied me with the original fitting, so if you have the same can as him all is good, if you dont, and know the thread/dimensions you want,i can also make them up.

If you would like any variance on dimensions e.g. 18.5mm instead of 19mm, (so the hoses arent as tight a fit) then just say so.

depending on the response, ill get some material ordered up and start some machining.

May even put these on the bay, but first dibs/better prices go to you guys.

Thinking 10 is a fair price, for a pair.

Do need a few though as the material can only be bought in lengths.

I'm interested in a pair made to the same spec as cullygti's.

I have the same catch can but I have decided to mod mine slightly, I've stretched out a steel wire scourer and dropped it into the can. I've also got some copper plumbing pipe (12 or 15mm I will check when I get home) and bent it slightly and also drilled a couple of holes down the side. I am going to epoxy that to the inside of the inlet fitting so that the gasses have to pass through the scourer baffle first. Thats my cheapo bodge to copy the saikou michi internals. http://www.saikoumichi.com/OCC_explanation.htm

Would you be able to lengthen the thread of one of the fittings or possibly machine it so the copper pipe can slide over or into the fitting?
1.8T AGU, K03s, 007p, pipercross panel filter, G60 + VR6 clutch and flywheel, silicone TIP, decat + boost hoses, JOM coilovers

i already tried a bush on the threadded part and it is a very loose fit, if it was tightened with a sealent all the way to the base it may work but as i said with a 3/8 bush it is loose would need a metric bush but in the plumbing world there is no such fitting!!!!

if you were to put the pipe onto the thread inside the can after screwing it into the top there isnt a plumbing fitting that fits well, so unless you spin a thread onto the inside to put a connector in there but the restriction would be so much there would be no point making the 19mm connectors in the first place

Could I not make the internal bore of the threaded end the same as the od of the 15mm pipe?(as long as there is enough material on the fitting.

The only issue then is securing the pipe once the fitting Is in place. I could make it a "press" fit.
