Meh, fuck it 26MPG on the commute and a grin on my face is worth it. Though I wouldn't complain if the cost of fuel went down.
I do a hella lot of motorway drivin and I think the cost of fuel has done more to make people stick to the speed limit than any cameras or owt
For sure, if I were doing more mileage I'd have got another diesel but I don't do a great deal of mileage, around 36miles on my daily commute. I generally stick to the speed limits (most of the time) as I like my clean license - the way I looked at it was if I paid more money for a higher mileage diesel equiv. of my car would have been false economy in the short term, long term it may have been better a better choice, but hey we only got ~9months left before the world ends anyway
