Hey everyone.. My friend just bought himself a 1.1 1983 Mk1 Golf Tin Top.. FSH.. 33k Mile's (Genuine).. 100% original.. Just wondering how he can find the engine code. It's the 1.1 8valve engine. Thank's

Didn't have much luck on there mate.  :sad:

Yeah sure.. Here's some picture's

We took the seat's out + the carpet as the carpet wasn't in the best of condition and also too check for hidden rust. Surprisingly enough there was not on spot of rust on the inside and only 1 small patch on the outside (Next too passenger headlight)
