Another 8v playing up please help!!!!

On monday it was running great has since I bought it 3 weeks ago ,fitted a new rocker gasket on wednesday evening this morning it turned over but would not start then after a rest it started got it out of the garage turned it off shut garage door went to start car again would only turn over would not fire up, after a rest it started revervsed out of drive went down the street ,it died would not start it turned over but would not start ,as I said at the begining all I have done is renewed a rocker gasket ,any ideas please.

u'd need to have a look round incase you've knocked any electrical connectors when replacing the gasket

Did you put all the earth straps back ???

There's one big one on the right hand side on the corner of the cover ....

Thanks for the replies I will have to have another look tonight with a cool head  and not one on boilling point!!

She is purring again ,replaced 2 vaccum pipes and resitted the earth lead ,job done ,thanks again for your input guys.

late reply but you get this when changing the rocker gasket. Doesnt like to fire up then once it settles in its alrite :undecided:
