HELP NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im confused, are the wheels 5x100 or 5x112?
Will the wheels sit flush on the hubs but the bolt holes are out of position??
Or, will the wheels not sit flush on the hubs??
Or, both??

take pictures of you trying to fit the wheels, im starting to get confused now as to weather your needing adaptors or not and as to which part is not the right size

I'll upload a photo (If I can as I've never done it before). Its the centre that too big. And basically the box says 5x100 but the wheel (and it hard to see) I think says 112

My guess is that the powder coating is to blame, the extra paint on the wheel means that the centre bore is now slightly too small.

I'd also guess that the wheels are the correct PCD, however if they are not and you've blown money on powder coating and tyres without checking first then it's your own fault.

Finally adaptors won't work to be honest, your offset will be around ET38, the thinnest adaptors are going to be ~18mm meaning that your final offset will be ET20. If you're not lowered that's going to look ridiculous, if you are then you'll most likely need arch work to accommodate the wheels depending on the widths.

Alright guys, dave has just brought his car around mine so we can have a look at it in the light and the PDC is actually to big, what size spigot rings would he need to make it fit as their is no indication of the size?

spigot rings correct the centre bore diameter not the PCD. This thread is really confusing but i'm guessing dom is along the right lines.... maybe?

Centerbore is the size of the hole in the middle that locates the wheel on the hub.
Pcd is the number if holes that you use to bolt the wheels to the car and the distance between them measured diagonally.
The pcd should be 5 stud by 100mm (5x100)
Centerbore should be 57.1
As mentioned above powdercoat can decrease the size of the centerbore due to it been quite thick.
A tool such as a dremel should be ok to increase the size of the hole.
Spigot rings are used to decrease the size of the centerbore as most after market wheels are of a larger diameter to allow fitment to a large selection of cars.

Thanks dude (and everyone else for their help!) after taking to my friends unit in the light we have established they're too big and the seller is sending me spigot rings. When they're on I'll try upload a photo.
