Anybody know anything about Ford KA's?

got to do a rear wheel bearing tomorrow on a sh!tty little Street KA, just wondering if i can do it without a press... as i dont have 1  :tongue:

cant seem to find a free manual / TIS either

Should be able to do it with a chisel/screwdriver and just chap out the races that way and use the old races to put the new ones in. So yeah you shouldnt need a press for the rears.

yeah was just going to knock them out and then the new ones back in, not a ford man just doing a FIT female friend a favour  :rolleyes:

If doing it this way, use wood.

Wood is softer than metal so no hub damage, bearings will come out with a few whacks and you should be able to get them in. Its the way I did it on my polo.
