GFS MAF sensor

jus tpsoken to GSF on the phone and they are saying they have a gen bosch maf sensor in stock but its £58+vat if i tarde in my old one i know thats a good price but how will i know if its gen cause i dont wanna get mugged off
vw golf mk4 ARZ 1.8T pipercross panel filter, xenon headlights, JOMS coilovers, forge 007p with green spring, audi tt anti roll bar, 3inch ebay trubo back exhaust, COOKIES MONSTER STICKER(adds bhp I swear)

GSF do sell gen Bosch ones, make sure they sell you one in an unopened box as they sold me a duff one before that I'm sure was a faulty unit they had taken in as an exchange.

Take a screwdriver with you and fit it in the carpark! That's what I did when I went to gsf, got my surcharge back straight away :)

thats the plan took out the old one already brother gonna run me over and the one i took out looks as clean as a whistle shudnt it look like it has some kind of wear or anything?

Its the element inside which is extremely sensitive I believe. That's what fails.

Although you take a chance see if anyone is breaking a golf for their maf.  I bought a bosch maf plus break switch plus wing mirror switch for 25. Oh and the airbox not pipercross filter was thrown in! Mind you, I mainly did it as my maf was aftermarket and I couldn't get a discount so it was worth the chance!

mine came in a Bosch box, so you will know if its genuine.
