Mk5 rear wiper

Morning lads a quick q to change to the mk5 aero rear wiper do I just need to get hold of a mk5 rear wiper arm and blade or will it not fit?

i bought mine from stealers about 6 weeks ago and it cost about 25 quid all in for the 3 bits rich has listed plus i got a new rubber grommit,but i sold it last week on ebay as the motor i was sold from classifieds on here was knackered
