Mk4 anni question
« on: 05 March 2012, 20:00 »
Hey guys,

My cuz has asked me to post of his behalf as his out tonight with the misses. Now he currently drives a mk5 gt tdi and has been on at me for awhile about a mk4 anni and how he fancys something more of a "boys toy" we have managed to find a really nice anni but it would mean him selling his tdi.

His biggest concern is fuel costs and i answered with why get a turbo if ur worried about the fuel costs? But he wanted to ask u lot that know ofc whats the av miles you get on a full tank when driving  normally just enjoying the car? He currently gets around 420 give or take with his gt tdi personally i think he should just get the turbo but hey, anyone know??

As above, 250-300 miles per tank. Or if I'm having a 'spirited' drive I get this:

Mine is about the same, tends to average out at around 23.5mpg.
