I know its a detailers worst enemy but if it really greasy then try some fairy liquid. Just a small bit on a scouring pad. Then get some good qual glass cleaner & or some glass polish

If you have real greasy stuff that is stubborn I can't see a scourer doing any damage unless you laden it with grit before hand.

Just regular sized arms, it's surprisingly easy to scratch the laminate on car windows, your probably right that it might not do any damage but is it worth the risk?
