I chose not to go with them as I still wanted some ride comfort.  I used an R32 dog bone mount instead and Audi bushes in the front.  Rear bushes are from a Fabia VRS.  My engine mounts are THS, they were a bargain new from their eBay shop.  I love how my car handles on the road, but still is comfortable enough it doesn't set the little one off crying

Would consider using powerflex though if it were only me I was worrying about.

I know what you mean it is a bit of a harsh ride but it feels better than it did before

I have everything polybushed, from dog bone mounts, wishbones, rear axle, steering rack etc. and use my car daily. It feels very... ummm well slight imperfection in the road feels pretty hard. I do plan before hand what roads I drive on. But it might be my other mods that contribute to this.

When I spoke to awesome they recommended superpro for the reason that they are more forgiving on the road so I did and have to say they're not bad

I've got them on the rear and they are great. the garage that look after my car actually recommended them (I’d never heard of them) and phoned around to get em as the regular suppliers did not supply,  cheers Autotech of Ashton!
