Just a shot in the dark my mate as a astra gsi mk3 with a c20let calibra turbo engine fitted when he come to start it today it was running on 3 pistons and petrol was spraying out of the exhaust manifold gasket on number 1 piston petrol is filling the exhaust .... did compression test good on all 4 pots any ideas guys?

Sounds like the injector is sticking open.

Golf gti mk3 engine firing order

Hi all,

I currently have a mk3 gti 1993 Golf 2.0 8v engine. I am in need of help to know what order the ht leads go on to the distributor as I have taken them off to replace them with new ones and i dont know what one's number 1-3-4-2.
