i'd just wash it for a while myself before polishing and waxing it.
the rest of the car should be fine, depends on how far they blended it in across the panels, or was it just the one panel sprayed?

Does it really matter? Don't most body shops flat back, g3 then g10 a new panel anyway?

I wouldnt seal or wax the paint. I ended up with blistering on the waxed sunroof panel! Someone mentioned the solvents need to fully 'gas out' or whatever the term is called.
I would not risk it.

As mentioned above, you need to wait 4-6 weeks for the paint to 'gas off' before applying a sealant/wax. Otherwise you run the risk of not allowing the paint to fully cure.
