Any one know how to open .shs docs please?

i have been sent an attachement that i could do with opening for an exam tomorrow and i cant open it through any of the usual programmes...

Any help appreciated!!

Drag it to the desktop. A scrap is created. You can now drag this scrap to other documents or programs.

just drag it to a blank word  doc
