mk4's tailhappy?

Are mk4's tailhappy? Just gone round a bend at normal speed, 25-30, its a little damp so wasnt driving like a tool and the back end just slid out! Are mk4's just cack?

only if you have gash tyres and poor geometry setup. it should always understeer... unless you're trying to get it to lift-off oversteer

only ever had the back end kick out on mine due to a little lift off oversteer when going pretty quickly around a roundabout.

They're 215 35 sonny ingens a1's and 15mm spacers at rear, thing is even on standard wheels its never felt planted, everyone says mk3's handle gash but mine handle a damn sight better than this!

Ditchfinder tyres will not be helping, check and see if you have any play in the rear beam bushes.

Just had new polybushes and coilovers fitted!

That will stiffen up the rear but get those Sh*t tyres off.  :shocked:

Seriously try something like Toyo r888 and then you might understand how awful these cheap tyres are
