I stopped mucking about when P4's died but thinking about building more systems now the Sandy bridges have unlocked there cores!

I made it smaller towards the end the fan is only 120mm so you can gauge how small I finally made it!

Thats hardcore, I like the builds where the components are submerged in a tank full of oil. But your build is crazy, wasn't expecting to see this. Let me guess your now building a flux capacitor

I would love a water cooled build with external radiators like you saw with thermaltakes mozart kit, which was external radiators with silent fans set up too look like speakers.

It was a dare..... to Phase cool a SFF I did it out of a dare wasn't easy to do, but at that time I wasn't even a  engineer!

Chilled water cooling is where its at, safer on the M/B! Temps never fall bellow 0

I've got Canadian friends who use old heater matrix stick them outside there window in winter and run coolant through there pipes and cores

Surely with that setup you could replace the boiler with a PC

If you don't mind me asking what do you do for a living?

jay it's only the lower end 6670's which have a low memory speed the ones for £70 have 4000mhz effective, higher core clock speed and more stream processors.
