I've never heard of anyone being taxed for a smartphone to be honest, pretty sure no one at my work is, they just get given them?  :undecided:

Yes, as per, most workplaces  don't declare them for tax purposes as a benefit in kind.

But thought I'd post it just in case.

You do LEGALY Have to sign a contract to let them track you though, although if you refuse you loose out on a phone.

Simple to turn of data and most are to cheap skate to track via network provider.

Off topic but did you hear about the GPS jammers and use is massive, presumably by truck N van delivery drivers?
