my electric windows sound really gritty going up and down,can this sorted? any ideas?

you can clean & lube the runners (and also clean the window seals).. you may be lucky and it's just dirt otherwise it's new motor time

Sounds like your reg cables are fraying,mine was all crunchy sounding until it snapped
