mk2 big bumpers with small bumper arch trims ?

what do they look like as ive been looking around for the big bumper arches and there alot more money , just want them on so it doesnt look as odd with nothing between the bumpers and arches

They look ok...

It only looks odd when you have big bumpers & Big bumper arches and small bumper side trim or visa versa.....

As the side trim looks odd to the arches....

which ones are best to buy , because there are two types on the website vw heritage that is , at the moment just looks like the bumpers arent meant to be on the car lol with the gaps

Buy Genuine if you can afford it... Some aftermarket ones aren't that good so I've read...(But I was bound to say buy genuine!!)

You can get front spats I think, the same as you have on the rear...

Did you change the wing brackets when you fitted the bumpers?

i dont have a clue to be honest , i brought the car like it is now , only just started to do abit of work on it . i just like the look of the plastic arch covers , how can you check if the wing brackets have been changed ?

either take them off (4 x 17mm bolts for both) or have a poke around with a torch...

This could be why they aren't fitting snugly....

I've got arches for you.  They're wheel arches for the thicker side trim, like yours.

I bought them new about 10 years ago to fit to my other Mk2.  They never went on as I dry stored it.

I'll get some pics ups tomorrow for you if you want to buy them.

You need to get the side skits to match.

Big trim cars don't have side skirts... Just a textured sticker
