Oh yea, night and day power wise! Much prefer the old leon to the old S3!

Do you really mate? I drove my mates S3 same shape as yours and loved it. I much prefer the look of the old Cupra R compared to the new one. Seen a few LCR's with sub 30k mileage so thats what ill be looking for. Insurance is soooo bloody exspensive in London compared to Kent prices theres a £1000 difference between addresses

Tell me about it. My R32 in finsbury park was silly!! The S3 isnt much better  :lipsrsealed:

Old Leon is the best looking hatch of that age (ctr, mk4 gti etc etc)

New hatches i obviously think mine looks best

Not a fan of the new cupra, though i do like the K1!

Most of the ones I have seen on the rollers make factory power or more, around 197bhp is the norm.

Jules are you sure the second dyno (the stage 2 car) has a remap and not just hardware mods? It's only making 24hp over standard, that's not proper stage 2 gains to be honest.

I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be stage 2 hardware without a map.

But yeah, the quoted 270hp from a remap and an air intake is a bit ambitious.

Doesnt specify.

I know i have yet to come across a 'fast' cupra that has not had major work done but claimed big power.
