MK VI GTI, Manual, 5-dr, Carbon Grey, leather n rear parking....with rear LED lights...n a little Stage 1 Remap ;-)

Why did you have to pay £50 for the radio code when it should be free from the dealer?

Why did you have to pay £50 for the radio code when it should be free from the dealer?

I don't think he did. I understood from celticdragon's reply above that was offering his surplus RCD310 for £50 and was advising potential buyers that he knew the radio code; not that he was charged £50 by the dealer to obtain the code his head unit.
