She now has some metal in the boot floor and the new rear valance is on
The front end has been cut off and binned it! We have also started to clean up and paint the front and rear subframes too.

It is but after you have done one its fairly easy TBH. Everyone should at least have a go in a Mini its better than a go-kart

More metal added today we are waiting for panels for the boot so work started on the rear quarter and heelboard repair - the subframe bolts snapped when we removed them and it was rotten anyway.
