now i know in 2003 they changed the law so only professional people/farmers etc can buy this
but i want some for my fence,
is anyone a fence man/farmer/gardener that can get me some or sell me some..

Old engine oil diluted by white spirts is supposed to be as good.,not much good for the enviroment though.
