Forgive me.

My knowledge of current VOSA and MOT regulations wasn't quite up to scratch.  Shame on me.  

I was waiting for Chuff to jump in and answer, seeing as he must have recently brushed up on VOSA stuff, and been more up-to-date than me.  


But he didn't. So yes I did go and look at the VOSA website for the answer.

Shocking, but true.
