Just to confirm this is the bit you are trying to remove?

It should just twist out :undecided:

Yer that's the part

totally not having any luck ATM i can twist it so i can pull it but don't want to pull to hard, its pulling the light unit up when i do

Twist quarter turn but as you pull it has to slide out of a slot, look closely at it and you'll seen it will slot out.

Pull and slide!

On the battery and wiring loom yes. Red wire goes to positive and black wire to negative.

As for the little plug that goes on the adjuster you cant go wrong, only plugs in one way.

You might have a bit of trouble getting the adjuster in, they are'nt good to do and a bad fit in the depo headlights but stay calm and dont get too aggresive!

Finishing it on my lunch

Still have to change over my bulbs from my old set, Pul the leveling motors in and put the loom on for the angel eyes. Also going to coper slip all my bumper bolts as they have been a pain to get off and one i had to cut the bumper to get it off as the bolt wasn't buging at all was just spinning round and round.

Looking good mate!

Easiest thing with the loom is to cable tie it along the front of the cross member the the bonnet locking mechanism is in, the part in beteween the headlights, cant be seen then ;)
