Dare RS any good?

There are some lovely bbs copies on ebay for 375 quid made by Dare Ls nyone got any pics of them on a mark 2 i am really tempted to manifest them onto my car! thanks

I cannot fnd the same link these are cheaper but no mention of fitting a mk 2 golf they do sell them in 15s for mk2 though

Supposed to be better quality than the Lensos but to me fake splits are not worth the money. You might as well spend the same some on some nice single piece wheels and not get every tom, dick and harry telling you you have fakes on your car.

I'll second that. I put some Lenso's on my Golf and got grief for it. Only reason I purchased them is coz I didn't have the cash to buy RS's. Well managed to get some more cash and along with the money I got for the Lenso's when I sold them I had enough to buy some RS's. Got to love this recession though coz I made a killing on the RS's.

Dare are a lot better quality wise against Lensos  not keen on the gold bolts however.

Yeah i dont give a fook what peope think really as long as they are good enough quality, i cant afford Rs´ and probably cannot in the foreseeable future as long as i like the look of my golf im happy.
In any case most people think its a shed anyway as it´s 21 years old. Therefore spendind near a 1000 quid on a car worth less than that Vw or not, makes no sense to me unless its a show car, but thanks fot the advice.

As above. Agree with Nicolopadopadous (Horney)

RM's would be a better option.
